Local Pickup and Shipping

All orders are available for pickup at our Kumeu Restaurant.  You will be notified when your order has been fulfilled and is ready to pick up.  Please note this can take up to 7 days to be fulfilled.

Shipping Info

All items are available for shipping at this time to the following locations only: Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, and Bay of Plenty.  Unfortunately we can not ship meat to the South Island or Northland as overnight shipping can not be guaranteed.  We aim to ship orders on Tuesday/Wednesday each week.  An email with tracking info will be sent once items have been shipped. Orders may take up to 7-10 days to be fulfilled as we smoke meat to order.  If order is needed urgently, please email us before placing order to be sure this fulfilment is possible.

Storage

All meats are shipped frozen with ice packs in temperature controlled boxes. Place meat in fridge upon arrival for up to 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge before heating.
